VibeCheck was born out of one simple truth: that most workplace culture issues are not a secret, people just aren’t being asked or comfortable sharing.

We’re here to change that.

After years working in education, nonprofits, and mission-driven spaces, our founder saw a pattern: great people were burning out, frustrated, or leaving not because of the work itself, but because the culture didn’t feel safe, aligned, or honest.

Surveys were generic. Focus groups were performative. Feedback often went nowhere.

So we built VibeCheck—a human-first approach to understanding workplace culture through thoughtful surveys, listening sessions, and culture audits that actually lead to action.

Meet the Founder

Dr. Clarece Weinraub (she/her)
Founder of VibeCheck | Culture Consultant | Forever Curious

Clarece has spent her career in roles where culture made or broke the mission. As a researcher, school leader, and consultant, she’s led teams, coached executives, and built feedback systems that balance candor with care.

She's known for creating spaces where people feel safe to say what they really mean—and turning that insight into action.

Clarece holds a doctorate in educational leadership, but more importantly, she listens with intention and leads with integrity. She’s a mom, a community builder, and someone who’s not afraid to ask, “But what’s the actual vibe here?”
